Forgot password on My Woolworths ABSA credit card. Woolworths refers me to ABSA and ABSA refers me to WOOLWORTHS again. Back at the branch in Manguzi wesit waiting in a queue as the lady has gone to lunch for an hour The other one at the desk next to hers does not do cards and sit with no customers staring into the air. Ask for the manager and is told she is not in.... Try using the ATM that confirms the PiN is wrong but will send a SMS to read back the PIN. Follow the steps and ABSA system does not reconise the card number. Phone customer service and they refer me to Woolworths who refers me back to ABSA...... Why do these cards if you are to *********** to administrate them?
