Useless bank

I have never had an Absa account the i was refered to them to open an account. After about almost 1 year the just blocked my account no email no call no communication at all. Then I phone and ask. They cant even assist on the phome. I have to go to tge branch for assistance. WHY???? According to the guy on the phone its because of a bad debt. WHAT BAD DEBT I dont want anything from absa now i was forced to open another avvount at another bank. This is the worst bank ever
