Useless bank

I had the most ****tiest service from Absa today. I was there for Western Union service to withdraw funds for my son. When I was at the bank they told me I must have a bank account with them in order for them to assist me to receive the funds. WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS WHY SHOULD THEY HAVE OR OFFRR WESTERN UNION IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST PEOPLE WHOM ARE NOT BANKING WITH THEM.in other branches they assist you whether you bank with them or not . The consultant at the door did not even attempt to find out if they are able to assist without having an account with them.I highly think Western Union should reconsider rendering this service via Absa.
