USELESS BANK!!!

I’m flippen at my wits end with thisuseless bank,how the hell for a 2nd time can they transfer funds out of my savings account without my verbal or written consent😡😡😡The last time I received a call I made an arrangement to cover my arrears on my credit card for a monthly payment of R500,all of a sudden today I receive an sms that informs me that an amount of +R6k was transferred from my account…This is ***** at the highest level,I have not given anyone permission to transfer money from any of my accounts.
