USELESS BANK AND USELESS EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!

I withdrew money from a cash express SUPPORTED BY ABSA. No money was dispensed but it took the money off my acount. So I phoned Absa, spent how much money holding on to be told go to branch. Go to the Jeffrey's bay branch to be told the cash express is not their machine and they will log a complaint and it will be investigated. Thank you Absa, I am now sitting without money on my holiday as that was ALL the money I wanted to withdraw and everywhere I just get attitude it is not their problem.
