USELESS BANK AND ITS STAFF

<p>Absa is financing me for my vehicle since 2013,and i am not getting any statements regarding my account as a result i do not even know my account status. I called this year around February making them aware of the problem but on of their unfriendly consutants told me the problem has been resolved and he will send me a statement right away but nothing has happened even now.But they keep deducting their money and the fee goes up monthly.I seriously do not understand how this bank works.</p>
