Useless bank and *********** consiltants

App**** for a study loan for my son in February. Completed all required steps and mailed everything and received a response that I was provisionally approved for a loan. A Consultant would phone me to complete everything. None of the useless people their called, I called hundreds of times, sent emails, no response. Went into a branch and was told that they could not assist as I app**** online ( The Grove branch). Eventually called another number and got someone who tried to help. I was told that the useless thing or Consultant Thando working with our application put a note on the application that there was an outstanding document. The thing Thando never had the decency to phone or email me. The application was then cancelled as nothing happened.

The result is that my son is not at Varsity now, due to an ***********, useless THING.....Absa, as a bank you are utterly useless....I will DEFINITELY cancel and move all my accounts to another bank...Thando, you useless piece of ****, my wish to you is everything bad that can happen to a person, should happen to you and your family. That is my curse on you...thanks for being utterly useless
