Useless bank

They dont even deserve 1 star. I deal with FNB banking regularly and never have to go through the horse***** I have to deal with when calling these idiots.

Extremely ineffecient!!!! never know what they doing, you spend 40-50min on the call with these idiots being transferred from pillar to post. The same queries can get dealt with within minutes with FNB! I got transferred at least 15 times and I have to re-explain the same situation over and over again telling me I need to chat to some alternate department. At least 3 times some agent put me back to general enquiries option only for them to say they cant help you.

What a joke!!! Absa. u guys are honestly the most useless bank I have ever dealt with. Learn from FNB how to handle customer calls and train your damn call centre agents
