Useless Bank

I have numerous times contacted Absa for payment relief on my vehicle. Firstly it takes approximately 20 minutes to get through and then they give you the same reponse to wait for an sms and when you finally get it and respond. The response was they will action it or contact you by 25 August but they still debited the entire amount. I've contacted the bank over and over again and its the same useless response. I think but the only way forward for ABSA to contact me is to reverse the payment. You have disregard for you clients and during this time you should be helping clients instead of ****ing them off.
