Useless Bank

I opened a Platinum Cheque account on my online profile more than two weeks ago, I phoned in to order an embossed card and they told me this needs to be done in a branch, after much debate they ordered the card for me to be delivered to the Brooklyn branch. I have made several complaints and have not had any feedback as to where my card is or when I will receive it??? This is the worst service I have ever received from a bank, FNB delivers cards to your door within a day or two, ABSA is useless!!!
