Useless bank

I don't know why South African banking is so bad so I received a email showing my bank statement there a debit order of car tracking whateva , number one I don't have vehicle under my name I don't know where did they get my information because there negative - R2000 balance in my account, I changed my card because it was lost n my account now its affecting me and my credit records and going to branches are useless no assistance
