USELESS BANK

If this site has a zero rating i would give that to you. ABSA is the most unhelpful unsympathetic bank ever. I have called and made arrangements to pay off my debit I have with you and I have paid every month ever since. You asked for me to pay more on my cheque account which i have done yet yo are still not happy as i just received a call from a guy stating that he has a summons for me. *** is up with that and to crown it all to my old address which I have not lived by for almost 2 years. I have updated my postal address which is the same a residential address but you still didn't do it. So what am I suppose to do. I talk to lawyers that you handed e over to every month and advising them that I pay which they acknowledge but you still hand me over. I pay more on my installment then originally agreed on as I am trying to pay it off but you still hand me over. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME. It is not my fault if your agents says one thing in a call center and then when I do that then oh sorry she wasn't suppose to say that then I need to perform some kind of miracle or do magic. If that was possible I would have been famous. I want to talk to someone that is in a higher position as a call center agent or manager of the call center as I have had quite enough of useless assistance and the words sorry we cannot assist. I mean there are people that doesn't even pay anything on their debit yet I that try to pay it off gets treated like this. Have someone call me or I will take this further to the NCR and Ombudsman.
