Useless bank

<p>Never in my life have i encountered such a useless bank in my entire life.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tried logging into my account and it gave an error.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to someone online, and they came up with excuses that j kust have entered incorrect details. I only have this one account at absa. Been using it about every second day, and today it doesnt log in.</p> <p> </p> <p>They informed me that i have to go to my nearest branch, which is 60km from me. I am so sick and gired of Absa's bull**** attitude. The branch closest to me are just as useless as Absa itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>If i have to go an absa branch today to sort out something that i am not responsible for, it will be my last ever visit to Absa, as i will only be going in to close my account to move it to a much more helpful bank where they actually care about their customers and service.</p>
