Useless bank

Absa is just ******** on arrangements that have been made months ago. I made an arrangement to pay my bond in Nov 2020. End of January 21, I received a call from HP Attorneys that I have been handed over. I once again made the same arragement. Theodore le Roux handled the matter and informed me that nothing was recorded on Absas system. I was then assured that everything was in order and that I can continue with the arrangement. This morning, Lebo from Absa phoned me, asking for money as no arrangement was ONCE AGAIN not recorded on their system. So Absa hand you over, don't know anything about it, ask for money, don't know anything about an arrangement. How pathetic and *********** can a company be!!! Please don't bother to phone me. All calls will be unanswered from now on going forward. You can respond formally in writing.
