Useless APP has never worked

Ever since I opened an ABSA account, my app has never worked. Been to 3 different banks, waited for hours, sent emails to ABSA. Nobody can solve the problem. It is so irritating because account was opened early last year. I will have to close it obviously because I cannot do internet banking since they are linked. Your app is pathetic
