Useless app

Since i updated the Banking app about a month ago, i have never been able to use the app. Whenever i try to use the app i get "unexpected error" message. I've sent emails, I've done review on the play store. None has led to my problem being solved. Ive also noted i am not the only one experiencing this. Can you sort your app out please
