Useless and Pathetic ABSA Vehicle Finance Admin

ABSA Vehicle Finance call centre is absolutely useless. I've been trying to get a settlement amount from their computerized service for more than a week, no results. Multiple attempts to *** and from the banking app, all I get is a message with my email was processed, nothing received my side. Not even an email requesting a consultant to call me delivered nothing, just an automated email response. Are there still actual people employed at Vehicle Finance???? How the heck can I get this sorted. WHen at the Centurion Brach in person,. I was directed to the house phone for the same useless computerised responses. Absolutely pathetic.
