Useless and *********** service

I would just like to commemt how absolutely useless the vehicle financing department at ABSA is. I struggled for months to get them to change my banking details, in this time two months premiums were not presented to the old or new account and they later told me that it returned(which is nonsense) as no premium was ever presented to either account and no formal communication was received from ABSA. I have now noticed that due to their incompetence it has negatively influenced my credit record. The finance has been settled in the interim and I would not at all recommend them for finance as this is the type of service you receive.
