Useless Admin call center staff!!!!

I have repeatedly tried to get statements regarding my vehicle payments. ABSA agents DOES NOT HELP!!! they are so lazy to assist. 2 days has gone by. All they ask is vehicle details and my ID!! I sent that absa they tell me the information is incorrect please visit the branch!!!!

I received that email twice from 2 different people!!! Easy the hell is your peoples problem!!!!

Sort your staff out!!! A simple thing like this you people can't sort out!!!

Absolutely lazy and ***********. Who done ABSA!!!!
