Useless Absa staff

I have been trying to open a Absa business account for the past week now. We have been in contact with Nhlanhla lucky Ndlovu. We have sent him all documentation and still nothing. We cannot even get hold of this guy. We called in and they don't even have a profile created. How does Absa manage their consultants efficiently when clearly someone is not doing their job. I thought moving to Absa will be better. I GUESS NOT. ABSA SUCKS OR MAYBE JUST THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT DONT DO THEIR JOBS. It's now been a week.
