Useless Absa _ Kempton park

I nearly made a big mistake of moving my business acc to ABSA, its most useless bank ever, they fail to issue me a business card and they say I must go to branch where I opened the account. This tine and age you still sent people to their branches, should learn a lot from your competitors about virtual brances.. I feel sorry for absa client . They dint know their worth if they still banking with absa, this bank make you feel like they doing you a fevor to bank with them..
