Useless ABSA Home owners insurance

The homeowners insurance at ABSA bank is useless. Since l reported on Monday 24th April that the geyser is not working. Even today the company that they are working with called Digicall assessing solutions has not repaired the geyser. I'm even tired of making follow ups because l'm not winning.
