Useless ABSA HOC

HOC is THE most useless insurance company as they just ignore your request of cancelling your policy!! I've already sent them 3 requests, first one on 19 October 2023, then on 14 November 2023 and AGAIN on 24 November 2023. Problem is the renewal date was 26 November - yesterday. This morning I saw it was renewed and the new renewal date is 26 November 2024!!!! I don't even bother to phone them anymore as I've used ALL my airtime and even phoned them from a branch last week. I don't even know which of their so-called "Skilled consultants" are working with it. It takes 2 minutes of our airtime going through all the choices before you wait for a "skilled consultant" to answer and then they just say they will send it to the "skilled" consultant so he/she can contact you, which they just don't do, especially when you tell them you won't be able to answer at a specific time. Then they DO phone during that time and not again. It is a pity they can't get training at some of their branches which give excellent service.
