Useless ABSA bank.System down for one week

<p>My girlfriend has been trying for one week to open a savings account at ABSA in Southgate. She has been to the branch everyday since last week and all they say is that their systems are down.Being a financial institution can they not sort out their systems.</p> <p>I told her to go to another bank ASBSA are useless and so are their IT systems </p>
