USELESS ABSA

I am so annoyed with ABSA. I just wanted to withdraw the money I saved from my 30 day account, but I failed the authentication questions, about my damn self, obviously they know me better than I know myself. So now I have to go into the branch, during this whole pandemic, to go and unblock my account. Thanks ABSA, you're awesome!
