Useless ABSA

Absa is the Trust Holders of my childs medical negligence Trust and Since June I have been asking ABSA for a wet room for my disabled son who is 15 years old he is to heavy now it is a issue to carry him into the bath and out and since then they have sent only one person to Come and do the estimate and now I have a issue now where they will say the Trustees did not have a meeting yet call after call and it is almost 4 month's now is this the way ABSA is treating disabled kids they have no regard this is the issue I always have with ABSA for years they have no regard for my son.
