USELESS ABSA

On Saturday 2 May 2020, a debit order (purchase) went off from my account, which I did not authorised. Stating I bought Microsoft office Package 365. I logged a complaint with ABSA via email as instructed by the ABSA ***** department. Then on 5 May 2020, another one went off for the same amount. I called ABSA following up where the told me they just escalated it now as it was not allocated to a consultant to be investigated. Tonight I receive an email on 9 May 2020 stating that I purchase the product of which I did not do. I did not order the product, as nr 1 my kids both get access to this product via NWU and I get access to via UNISA, so why in help will I go and purchase such a product. NOw they tell me i authorized cause I entered my detail. I did not enter my details to purchase such a product and why would I purchase twice. This is useless cause it is now accumulated to R2400. This is unacceptable. ABSA is useless. I called them to say it is unauthorized, I did not authorize it. No one called me even to ask me what happened. USELESS USELESS USELESS. Think it is time to swop banks. I am not interested in a bank if they tell you to contact them if it is unauthorized or you dispute it which I did and then get told it is my fault. Sorry that kite does not fly. My whole family is with them and will let them all move to a different bank. Then they send me a purchased document from microsoft. No need I did not purchase it bottom line.
