Useless absa

OK so I went into absa branch a month ago to see if I qualify for a loan,as hard times approched the consultant checked n before all she says me I'm pre approved a credit card increase, so I said dats fine.... As she was checking she told me I have be declined for a loan or even a revolving credit but I am pre approved for a limit increase on my credit card so I told her I will gladly accept that..... So upon accepting that she told me she have sent documents threw to absa credit card department I will receive an sms by da nxt day.... So the next day came nothing so I phoned her she said she aslo received nothing so 3 days passed an I received an sms stating I need to send threw so more documents to complet application... So u called the lady that helped me wit the application she says no dnt wori I have snt all documents ignore the message so 3 weeks went pass an nothing..... So I contacted her she says me nothng still.... The 4 week she calls me n say my application for been pre approved credit limit was declined so I told OK....... 1 week down a consultant from absa credit card department phones me an say my application is pending documents to complete, so I rep**** by saying but the lady at the bank called n told me I was declined so she says no.... Nxt day I go to the bank speak to the same lady helpd me, she says me she can't help me she don't know all she know is I'm decline... So i told her I have been calling her an askng her the sms I getting requiring documentation n she tells me to ignore it as she sent it on top of that I'm self employed so the lady at the credit card department asks me for a ita34 form coz I'm self employed Im asking the lady at the bank about it please explain as I neva heard of that before she says she knows nothing about that she's thinks it's ***** n gives me credit card department no ask me to call dem n ask..... So my question is hw did u get a job at the bank knowing nothing making me drive up n down also wasting all my airtym...... On top of all I sent threw my documents to credit card department that afternoon.. Phone dem nxt day dey say dey neva receive anythng... So I send documents again I even emailed the lady at credit card department directly to ask if she received documents... No reply but she tells me on the phn pls cc me on the email of documents I will reply n let u knw..... I have called the credit card department again to find out going threw to anoda person who askes me to send documents again upon telling him I've sent it to the lady makes me hold on for half an hour gets back to me saying he can't get hold of the lady but will email or sms..... Unit nw nothing absa Bank is a useless bank upon having agents that work there that waste clients time to run up n down an cannot help them...... I dnt advice ppl to use absa no contact wit customers or sms to let us knw anyth g but to fast to debit the money of my account
