Useless absa

I have a funeral policy with absa for more then 2 years.... Recently one of my family members passed away, I then went to submit a claim... I was told that it takes upto 72 hours for the processing and the claim to be paid out as I'm having my current account at another bank.for 4 consecutive days I had to call absa myself as they never even had the decency to contact me as their customer..they just kept on telling me someone will contact you shortly... Today it's day no 6, now I'm being told that the claim was submit to their auditing /***** department and they are dealing with the claim.... I asked them why it's been handed over to such a department and non off them could tell me what's really happening.. I've got full voice recordings of all conversations.

Their service is pathetic and u acceptable. I'd never recommend any other person to do business with them...

Even sended a new Debi check to be approved for decrease in monthly premium yet they know the claim is submitted to *****
