Useless ABSA!

I so love being send form pillar to post. I enquire about suspicious deductions on my transactional account. HERBERK KT BON RTE for reasons unknown is deducting 1c and 2c from my account. Finally get to the saving and transactional account operator. She puts me on hold, comes back to me and tells me that those deductions are after the R 1.40 interest the bank paid to me. I said yes I know and then she continues that she cannot tell me if it is the bank or a third party. So I ask get what that has to do with the interest payment. She tell me she does not know. I ask her how that is possible and she tells me to phone general enquiries who will tell me to phone her again and then she drops the phone.

I’m so sick and tired of ABSA. Just a few weeks ago, I closed my credit cards with them and now I’m in the mood to close all my other accounts. Why can’t we use overseas banks! Useless banks that don’t even know what goes on in their own accounts!
