USELESS!!!!

ABSA BOKSBURG<br> I went to ABSA Boksburg this morning the small branch across the East Rand mall, stood there in the line for more than an hour, when I got to the front I had R600 worth of R5 I wanted to deposit, the woman behind the counter said that I should put it in little bags, so i said ok give me some, there she replies that she doesn't have any so she can't help me, I walked over to the one in East Rand mall, same thing stood in the line got to the front told the woman behind the glass I have R5's and would like to deposit it, she said the same it need to be in bank bags, I said fine give it to me she gave it to me and I asked if she could help me put it in and she told me it's not her work to do it, so she sat back in her chair digging deep in her nose and cleaned her nails while I was sorting the money, so ABSA if you don't want my money because you don't have bank bags fine if you don't want to help put it in to bags FINE, your client service is up to ****, my wife will move her bank account of more than 15 years to another bank, somewhere where they want her money and there is some client service but ABSA you lost a loyal customer <br>
