What is the is the use of a business banker os he doesn't pick up his phone, his landline doesn't work and he doesn't reply to whats upp after he told me this is the best way to communicate. I have been trying for more than a week to open a business account with ABSA. Still nothing! I have logged a complaint and got a reg nr, no call back yet.

Every time I speak to customer service they tell me to speak to the business banker. HOW am I supposed to do that if he never picks up or call back.

The service is non existing! Absolutely useless
