Useless

<p>I have been getting the run around from absa for more than a week. today collection s dept calls me n says I must make payment today of 1600. firsty they took 4500 last week of my saving s account now they asking for more. I have beeb unemployed since july notified them. but as usually they hire useless people. the lady that called me at 1 said they didn't know I was unemployed she was gonna assist me n speak to her manager about my reversal ,she put me on hold then call got disconnected. no call back. I called now the collection s dept now waiting 20mins then the consultant was soo rude puts the phone down on me . thats how yourll treat people . but too quick to ***** their money. </p> <p> </p> <p>its extremely furstrusting</p>
