Uselees ABSA ATM service

ABSA in Middelburg mall in Mpumalanga is probably THE most useless branch concerning their ATM's and it's no use complaining to the branch manager, it just doesn't improve, in fact it just get worse from month to month. The one ATM only accept one or two banknotes now for months. The other ATM's are sometimes off. This morning when I wanted to deposit, only the middle one was in service and the middle one is the one which have the cash accepting problem, so again it only accepted R200. I went to the manager and when I waited outside for her, another lady also wanted to deposit and we talked about the problem and she confirmed that she also experience the same problem. Just when she was ready to insert her card, that ATM also went dead, so nothing was working. So either their technicians doesn't know what the hell they're doing or they're doing a **** job on purpose. There is only one other branch in Middelburg, but it is in the old part of town and not safe at all. So ABSA, please DO something about this problem!!!!!!!
