Use to be very happy absa customer! Will do my vehicle finance from now on with wesbank

I never use to complain about absa but this time I have to! Always trying to do all my vehicle finance through absa seeing I have bought many cars over the years I told dealer to try absa first! Was a mistake! The dealer got me approval with wesbank on a 200k more expensive car without dep and was approved in 2 hours! Absa takes like day and a half and now comes back asking ITA 34 exct?? They told me sir don't apply with absa! They to conservative and always has issues with deals! Did not want to believe that but it's true! I have never missed any payments and am a good customer with clean record! This is how absa handles there pvt bank customers!
