Urgent response

I seeked helped with a reversal for an EFT incorrect payment. I accidently made a payment to my close Avaf account. I went into an Absa branch for help and they advised me to contact the AVAF department which I called just to find out there's no option for my enquiery. I then called enquiries and the lady said I should call AVAF I told her there's no option and she transferred me directly to a consultant. I spoke to the consultant at AVAF and she advised me to send an email with the required documents to *** and ***

I send my documents to both email adresses. It's been 7days and still no response.
