urgent reply required

A few months ago I agreed telephonically to an Absa British Airways credit card. My details were provided and the card was to be sent to my box number. I never received the card and due to the fiasco with the post office at the time I never gave the matter any more thought. To summarise, I never got the card but someone else did and spent R23000.00 on it. When Absa called me about this outstanding amount I immediately contacted the police and sent absa affidavits; called their ***** and action lines repeatedly. No come back. To add insult to injury I am trying to buy a car but my bank informs me I am now blacklisted due to the absa amount! This is defamation and was extremely embarrassing for me. I need my name removed from the credit bureau immediately and the matter investigated. No one at absa can be bothered to return my calls or respond to my affidavits
