Urgent refund

I have a refund that have been recovered by ABSA. Received by them on the 27 February and they promised to refund in 15 days they have since not done that.

They benefit in terms of interest whilst I loose in interest.

I would like them to attend to the refund immediately as I incure costs.

They have proven to be unreliable as they did not keep their word or giving direction as to when will the refund be processed. Tx
