URGENT MATTER TO BE RESOLVED.

Dear ABSA BANK.

My person loan with Absa was placed under debt review. I now settled my personal loan in April 2021. My debt counselor sent a Clearance Certificate to the creditors and the bureaus a while ago. All the bureaus and the creditors have removed the under "Debt Review" status on my profile except ABSA. I have been in contact with Absa ***) the past few days regarding this issue and they tell me they have received the clearance certificate but my Debt Review status to be removed is pending. My account has been settled in full, I have a paid up letter and they received the clearance certificate, now what's the hold?
