Urgent: Formal Complaint – ******** Harassment and Stalking Incident on 11 August 2025

I am currently under debt review, and on 11 August 2025 I was subjected to a deeply disturbing and ******** incident involving an unidentified white male who attempted to repossess my vehicle.

This individual:

Did not identify himself by name or surname.

Presented no formal documentation or legal authority to repossess or inspect the vehicle.

Followed the vehicle from Kuilsriver Court to my parents’ residence, which constitutes stalking.

Harassed my family—particularly my elderly mother—raising his voice, acting aggressively, and attempting to force an inspection without lawful grounds.

Behaved in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner, even arriving in morning slippers, further casting doubt on his legitimacy.

My sister and brother had to intervene to remove this man from my parents’ premises. My mother, who is unwell, has been left extremely distressed by the incident, and I have been further affected given my ongoing mental health challenges.

There is video footage from outside my mother’s residence documenting this incident.

This conduct is unacceptable, ********, and constitutes harassment and ************. As I have no direct dealings with this individual, the fact that he followed and confronted my family raises serious concerns about the bank’s conduct and the instructions given to third parties acting on your behalf.

I am formally requesting:

The full name, company, and credentials of the individual who confronted my family.

A written explanation of why this person acted without proper identification or documentation.

Confirmation of the bank’s involvement in instructing or authorising this conduct.

An immediate investigation and assurance that no further harassment will occur.

I am consulting with legal counsel to pursue claims for stalking, harassment, and emotional distress, and will also be lodging formal complaints with the NCR (National Credit Regulator) and other relevant regulatory bodies.

I expect a full response to this matter within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in immediate escalation through my attorneys and the relevant authorities. Who sends a man who wants to impose, threaten and gangster ways to their clients.
