Urgent Follow-Up

I contacted the AVAF department regarding a vehicle finance restructure application, which I submitted on 9 September 2025. On 19 September, I received the terms and conditions from Lettie Madisha (AVAF Collections & Restructurings Department). I reviewed and acknowledged them immediately on the same day.

The communication stated that the restructure would be effective from 25 October, pending approval. However, to date, I have received no further feedback or confirmation. I have made several follow-up calls, but the only response I continue to receive is that “it’s still in process.”

I app**** for the restructure for a valid reason, and it’s quite disappointing that after more than a month, there is still no resolution or communication. To add to the concern, I recently received my invoice showing the original amount, which contradicts the expectation set in the restructure terms.

I would really appreciate it if the AVAF team could urgently review my application and provide a clear update today, especially since the 25th is just a few days away.

On a lighter note — it’s my birthday today, and having this matter resolved with a confirmation of approval would truly be the best birthday gift. 😊
