Urgent Feedback required
I have lodged a complaint with another bank that done ***** and have provided with all the information and documents that ABSA requested for.
This has been a month and couple of weeks and I have received and feedback since the 25/07/2018 by Tebello Rakosa from ABSA
It's seems like nothing has been done for my case or follow ups has been done, I've patient enough and I need feedback regarding my case # ********** 1
