Urgent feedback

I bought vodacom airtime and i did not receive it.i logged a complaint with absa action line thats their complaints department.I received a reference number confirming the issue will be delt with in the 5 days ever since then no one call me or smsed me to inform me about the query it's been over two months since and my query is still pending.when i call them i get different responses some call center agents told me i received the airtime.

Please assist hence am not winning but funds were debited from my account.
