URGENT CLAIM NOT ATTENDED TO!!

I have reported several times regarding the ceiling and electric fence. The ceiling is slowly sagging dangerously after the burst Geyser in January was replaced.

I have asked Kevin Zibdo to call us urgently regarding the payout if to h en electric fence damages. Still no call.

During the geyser being replaced the contractor dropped the geyser from the top story of our house into the electric fence surrounding that area if to he yard damaging it severely. Still not fully repaired.

We are very concerned about the ceiling dropping and hurting someone in the house. When will this be understood????
