URGENT ASSISTANCE- SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT ABSA

I would like to ask for assistance. I have been under debt review for the past 3 years, paying my account every month. Then Lock down happened and I ended up being on the retrenchment list .. being under debt review was hectic for me and I definitely learned from my mistakes and how to be more careful with my money. I have found this wonderful man who wants to assist me now with settling my debt so I can start off on a clean slate. He saw my struggle and decided to grant me his good deed. I have contacted Absa debt department and according to them they don't give discount when settling the account especially when you under debt review. I know that having debt is no one else's but my fault. But now I have the opportunity to fix my life. Can you please assist me by trying to get a settlement discount on behalf of myself .. I would really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart .. Kind regards Magda
