Urgent assistance

I previously requested details from ABSA on what was paid to my late aunts estate, ABSA sent me some statements but they do not add up to the amount that was paid to the account. I urgently need a proof of payment of some sort of confirmation of the amounts that was paid to the late estate account. I have again sent some mails to *** but they keep send me the same stuff I already have. I have explained that the court did not accept this as the totals were incorrect
