Urgent!!!

Yesterday around 13:40pm(28th of May 2018) I went to an absa atm in the Garankuwa Complex to do a deposit that was ment for my rental (due date :30th Of May 2018 which is this wednesday) ,I was hoping to make the deposit early so that I don't have any problems when the due date arrives ...

So I encountered a huge problem and this leaves me without a place to move in to ... The Atm(atm number 1128) took an amount of R12 400 than brought back R500 together with a receipt that said "transaction unsuccessful " so I waited a while hoping that the rest of the money (R11 900)would come out but nothing did ... so in this case I asked my sister to call one of the consultants to come assist us as this was a huge amount of money that was lost .The consultant was very friendly and calmly told me that this will be reported to the department that deals with the atm .

So I went inside and explained what happened than I was asked to write my details on the receipt and an email was sent .

My problem is I was told it would take a 3-5 days or even longer ,I do not have that much time as I need to move out of my old place and that leaves me with no place to stay at all... This is really an inconvenience and I feel stranded as I have no extra cash to book in and stay elsewhere for time being... I would really like assistance as soon as possible .Be it a receipt that I can send to the property owner so I can at least have a place to sleep.
