Upset mother

Good day, Kindly assist, I went to an Absa Branch in Newcastle Scott Street to open a youth account for my son on the 3rd of January. This was done but when we tried to transfer money into his account while at the branch, the consultant said it could be the account is not yet approved we should try again in a day or 2. Today is 1week after and the account still gives an error saying 'an unexpected error has occurred. not identified and verified" when we transfer money to him. This morning my son received an sms saying his account is now open but we still cannot transfer funds. I will also not be able to visit the branch as I am working to sort out what should have been sorted the day we left the branch. Please sort this out.
