UPS / Home Loan Offer not Honoured.

I app**** for a Home Loan under the free UPS deal, you needed to apply online and you would receive a voucher for your UPS within 30 working days of bind registration.

This was more than 3 or 4 months ago and nobody can tell me what is happening with the free UPS deal?
