Updating of banking details not done

On the 15 September 2025 I updated Absa Life with my new banking details and on the 17th of September 2025 confirmed in writing that they have updated the details. Absa Life went and debit my old bank account where no funds were available. I'll not be held liable of any bank charges due to a unpaid debit order because I did update my banking details. I expect the banking charges to be reversed.
